Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 60 minutes of receiving your confirmation email. We are unable to make changes to your order after this time as it will have already been dispatched. There may be an additional charge for any delivery that is cancelled, redirected, or refused at your request; if the order is no longer required, this charge may be deducted from your refund. To request a cancellation, contact hello@eezychair.com — a member of our customer services team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Damages & Issues

If you suspect any damage during transportation or upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you change your mind, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe. The initial 14-day period is your window to decide on returning your goods, followed by an additional 14 days to send them back. Contact hello@eezychair.com to obtain a verified return reference number — failure to do so may result in the rejection of your refund.

Retaining Packaging

You may unpack and inspect the product to ensure it meets your expectations. Please keep all original packaging intact — any damage incurred may affect your entitlement to a full refund. If the product has been used or installed, resale may not be possible. If the product's value has depreciated due to your handling, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or charge for the diminished value. We may request images of the product prior to authorising its return. Once received in original packaging and quality-checked, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returning Your Order

We offer a collection service through our trusted logistics partners at a reasonable fee. Your item must be fully boxed and sealed; collection cannot be authorised without a returns reference number. Alternatively, you may return the item yourself via your preferred carrier — we strongly advise additional insurance equal to the item's value.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact hello@eezychair.com.
