Free UK Delivery
Standard UK mainland delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Carriers & Signature on Delivery
UK orders are shipped via DPD or FedEx UKon a next-day or 2-day tracked service, depending on destination and product size. All wheelchair, scooter and rollator orders require a signature on delivery. You'll receive a tracking link and a delivery time window by email and SMS once dispatched.
International Delivery
We ship to the EU, EEA and worldwide via FedEx International. Typical lead times once dispatched:
- EU & EEA: 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of the product. Prices outside the UK are shown excluding UK VAT; the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Postcodes
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may take an additional 1–3 working days. We'll let you know if any surcharge applies before dispatch.
