EEZY LITE — Refurbished Lightweight Electric Wheelchair (Grade A)

Was nervous about ordering online but it arrived in two days and my son had it out of the box in minutes. It folds down small enough to lift into the back of my little Corsa on my own which is the whole reason I bought it. Battery lasted three full days of pottering around town without a charge.

Bought this for my wife after her stroke. She had been housebound for nearly a year. First afternoon we had it she went round the park with the grandkids. Honestly cannot thank Eezychair enough.

Chair itself is brilliant - light, manoeuvrable, comfy enough for a couple of hours. Only knocking a star off because the printed manual is quite basic. Rang the number on the invoice and a chap walked me through the controller in about ten minutes so all good in the end.

Dad can't push the manual chair any more so we needed something powered. This was the only one that came in under what we could lift between us. Mum is back to her Saturday morning trip to the garden centre and that's everything.

Was dreading filling out forms but it was literally one tick box at checkout. Saved over four hundred pounds. Chair arrived charged and ready to go.

Use it mainly round the house and the supermarket. On a steeply cambered pavement you do feel it pull a little but nothing the joystick can't correct. Build quality feels solid for the price.

I'm 71 and live on my own. This has given me back the ability to walk the dog without dreading the way home. Cannot recommend it enough.

Weighed each piece on my kitchen scales out of curiosity - actually a touch under the spec. Easy lift even with my dodgy shoulder.

Chair is excellent but the courier left it on the doorstep in the rain. Eezychair sorted out a replacement footplate without any fuss which is why it's not a worse review.

Splits into manageable parts. My back can't take the heavier models. This one I can actually load on my own which makes day trips possible again.

It's a folding indoor/around-town chair, not an off-roader. Used on that basis it is faultless. The website description matched reality which is rarer than it should be.

I'm not out for hours every day but I do go shopping and to the library. One charge a week covers all of it.
